The Magic Detective Show was a 5 minute Video Blog about Magic History on Youtube. The first season (5 episodes) were all magic history. The second season has taken on a lightly different format. We're trying to feature one piece of magic from one of the older books, like Professor Hoffmann's Modern Magic, The Tarbell Course, Greater Magic or other magic books which came out before 1950. The third season, never quite got off the ground, it has only one episode.

UPDATE 2026: In case you missed it, I did not reboot the Youtube show, but rather I began the Podcast instead. It is still going strong, though on a short hiatus as Im traveling with a 100 show tour. New episodes will be showing up very soon.
