It's the one dedicated to Florences Gil, a spanish magician, creator of the "electric cigar" and is in his village, Tamarite de Litera, Huesca, Spain. In the monolite there's his "trademark", "Prestidigitador de Reyes, Rey de Prestidigitadores" ("Prestidigitator of Kings, King of prestidigitators"). It's the only monument dedicated to a magician here in Spain.
